Bring the outside glass within reach.
View full size The moving pane rotates so the outside glass can be reached from indoors. Its movement stays outside the room, avoiding the inward opening arc of a tilt-and-turn window. This can be useful above a conservatory or where external cleaning access is difficult.
The 70 mm EnergyPlus profile has a chamfered finish, with the sash flush to both faces of the frame when closed. Safety catches, restrictors, permitted sash sizes and cleaning access are reviewed for the building and the selected configuration.
